TOP belongs to the Minarelli group which in turn belongs to the Yamaha motor group. So the TPR (= Top Performances Racing) line stands for sophisticated and very well working products. The TPR Vario is designed as a sport Vario, i.e. it works equally well on the original and a tuned engine.
Compared to a standard Vario, the TPR brings more suit and pulling power, on the Minarelli engines also the top speed increases quite significantly.

Strong Midrace and Highend engines use however naturally an Overrange Kit of Malossi or Polini.
