Description


Engine revision kit for the 2-channel engines of older large frame models with rotary vane inlet (Sprint, GT125, GTR125, GL150, Super, VNA, VNB, VBB etc). Not suitable for engines that have a carburetor inlet on the cylinder (GS150, Motovespa).

The set contains only high quality components that we also use in our own engines. (SKF/FAG/INA bearings, Cortecco shaft seals). The OEM set contains bearings which we buy directly from the bearing manufacturers. They are therefore not packed in piaggio bags, but are of the same quality, but are significantly cheaper.

NOTE: The long not available roller bearing of the main shaft (drive shaft) on the control box side is finally available again as a reproduction in a fantastic quality from BGM. This is also included in our revision kit. The other bearings available on the market all have a bearing clearance of over 6/10mm. With this the main shaft has a lot of play and would attract the attention of the TÜV at the latest. This replaces the split switch bolt and the offset switch cross of the old motors.

If the motor has auxiliary shaft needles with pointed ends, the needles included in the set may not fit. The tapered needle type is no longer available. If the running surface of the bearing needles on the auxiliary shaft is still perfectly intact and the new needles do not fit, the old needles can usually be reused without hesitation. If the shaft is worn in or shows pitting marks, a replica auxiliary shaft can be used. The new needle type fits into these replica shafts. Alternatively, an undercut can be made in the old auxiliary shaft on a lathe in order to be able to use the new needle type with round ends here as well.

ein Lager und ein Simmering haben für das Fahrzeug gefehlt - geliefertes Lager und der Simmering für anderes Fahrzeug

An sich sehr gut, Lager von SKF, Lager Antriebswelle schaltrastenseitig von BGM ist wirklich spitze.
ACHTUNG bezüglich Schaltkreuz und Schaltwelle! Die beiliegende Schaltwelle war bei mir für junge Sprint-Motoren. Eventuell bei Bestellung erwähnen welchen Motor man hat.
21 Nadeln für Nebenwelle (bei mir benötigte ich 23), das ist aber bei den meisten Kit´s so.

Bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden und würde dieses Set nach Absprache bezüglich der Schaltwelle + Schaltkreuz sofort wieder bestellen.
