This easily length-adjustable shift rod can be adjusted using the central nut.

Instructions for use:

  • Screw both ends hand-tight, but not too loose.
  • Hold the shift rod in position while the gears are in neutral.
  • Loosen the inner cables of the shift cables.
  • Now check that the shift lever is in the correct position and that the adjustment in 1st and 2nd gear is not too tight.
  • If everything fits, dismantle the rod and secure the screw connection points with Loctite.
  • Grease the running points not too sparingly and fit the rod.
  • Reconnect the cables and check everything again.
  • Departure!
