The MOTO NOSTRA indicators have individually controlled LEDs and therefore produce a fully dynamic running light, as is familiar from luxury class vehicles (e.g. Audi A7). The light effect produced is very pleasing and offers a pleasant change from conventional indicators. As an additional special feature, the front indicators have a bright white daytime running light strip with a plasma look. The same technology is used at the rear as a position light.
SAFETY THROUGH TECHNOLOGY
This new technology increases the visual width of the rear in the dark, significantly improving visibility in traffic. The bright LEDs of the indicators are clearly visible from a long distance. The running light is also more visible than with a conventional blinker.
LOOK
The tinted indicators offer an exclusive and elegant look. When they are not in use, they are visually discreet.
REAR LIGHT UPGRADE
The matching MOTO NOSTRA rear lights (see accessories below) have exactly the same tinted glass and an identical reflector design. They therefore harmonize wonderfully with the indicators and together form a very successful visual and technical upgrade for the rear of the vehicle.
QUALITY
A particular concern for us was quality and fit. Both are at a very high level with the MOTO NOSTRA indicators, making them a high-quality alternative to the indicators from Power 1. In addition, the Moto Nostra indicators are always supplied with connection adapters. No modifications to the wiring harness are therefore necessary!
TÜV
The indicators naturally have a test mark and are approved for use on public roads (no TÜV approval required).
Available for front or rear in clear glass or black tinted and as a cost-effective complete set.
CONNECTION & ADAPTER FOR FRONT
An adapter plug is included with the front blinker set. This is plugged into the service plug (under the cascade) and taps the power for the position lights here. If the slot of the service plug is already occupied (e.g. alarm system), we offer a separately available cable switch (PV60CKTA). This allows both systems to be operated in parallel.
REAR CONNECTION & ADAPTER
Three adapter plugs are included with the rear blinker set. The large (BGM6606BL18) plug extends the wiring of the rear light and at the same time taps the power for the position lights, which are not fitted as standard. The extension also allows the cables to be routed in the bead below the rear light. The two small cable adapters (BGM6606GTS) are required to adapt the old connector system to the new Super-Seal system.
INDICATORS NOT WORKING?
Piaggio has reversed the polarity of the rear blinker connections on GTS models with the chassis prefix ZAPM452. This is not a problem with conventional indicators with filament bulbs. If LED indicators are connected, they will not work. In this case, please simply use the second set of plugs supplied (with the black plugs instead of the white ones).
Important note:
When converting from bulbs to LEDs for vehicle indicators, malfunctions may occur under unfavorable circumstances due to the different resistance values of the bulbs and/or the relays installed at the factory. To avoid this from the outset, a flasher relay such as item MN6202 or BGM6202 should be used in case of doubt.
