The result of a design that was as minimalist as it was intelligent, the Ciao Piaggio was the world's best-selling Italian moped, a masterpiece that remains unsurpassed to this day in terms of efficiency and simplicity. There was a need for a book that traced the technical and industrial history of the model, not to mention the fundamental role that the Ciao played in society and social mores in Italy and elsewhere, while systematically cataloging the numerous versions and editions that have appeared over the years. The section of the volume from page 68 to page 88 (from the P/PX version to the end of production) was created thanks to the contribution of the author Marco Angelo Gavezzotti (nicknamed emmeagi) and his guide "Impariamo a conoscere il Ciao P/PX e tutti i suoi discendenti!
