For many decades, Bosatta has been synonymous with high-quality electrical replacement parts for classic scooters and motorcycles. The Italian company was founded in 1955 and made a name for itself particularly as a specialist in lighting and electrical components. Bosatta parts were particularly widespread in the Vespa community, as many components closely matched the original parts in terms of appearance, dimensions, and design.
Today, the original manufacturer no longer produces new Bosatta parts. The company behind the traditional brand, M.R. BS S.R.L. (formerly Bosatta F.lli F.B. S.r.l.), is in liquidation. Bosatta products still available therefore generally come from existing warehouse and retail inventories.
Replacement Parts for Classic Vespa Models
For many years, Bosatta offered an extensive range of electrical components for classic Vespa models. These included, among other things, headlights, taillights, turn signals, switches, and other parts of the vehicle’s electrical system.
Bosatta components were a particularly attractive alternative to hard-to-find original parts, especially when restoring classic Vespa models. Many products closely resembled their historical counterparts in both design and appearance.

For decades, Bosatta was one of the best-known Italian manufacturers of replacement parts for classic Vespa and motorcycle models. The brand has thus accompanied several generations of scooters and has become a household name, particularly in the restoration sector.
Since the original operating company is now in liquidation and production has ceased, many Bosatta products are only available from existing remaining stock. Rarer models, in particular, are therefore becoming increasingly difficult to obtain.
