BGM PRO carburetor kit for Lambretta RT 195-225 cc
Carburetor kits specially designed for the RaceTour Lambretta cylinders. The carburetor kits are based on the Polini carburetors and our bgm PRO intake manifold. The intake manifold comes with an MB carburetor rubber and offers the maximum possible distance between the carburetor and the side cover. The carburetor sits as good as in the original position and is also straight. The original or bgm air filter box (BGM4488) can therefore be used without any problems.
The Polini carburettors are also used for the Polini Thor engines for paragliders. Therefore, every single carburetor including all components is tested by Polini on the flowbench. Like the original Keihin PWKs, the carburetors can be tuned very well and impress with good consumption values. A good initial jetting for the RT cylinders and the bgm Lambretta Big Box consists of a 45cc secondary jet, JJH needle on second clip from above and a 125 main jet.
The scope of delivery includes the complete intake manifold, the Polini carburettor, a main and secondary jet set, the JJH needle, XL inner cable with additional screw nipple for the throttle cable pulley. A 180° throttle cable guide is supplied so that the outer casing of the original throttle cable can be retained. The conversion kit for cable choke is also included, as is a soldering nipple to adjust the choke cable to the correct size if necessary.
Note: Please use cylinder covers without air scoop or remove them from the cover.
