CC Corsa throttle cable diverter for converting Dell'Orto PHBL/PHBH carburetors suitable for Vespa Wideframe

This throttle cable diverter enables the use of a modern Dell'Orto PHBL/PHBH carburetor type in Vespa Wideframe models. The original carburetor cover is removed and replaced by the CC Corsa diverter. The throttle cable is then fed in from below as originally. The special feature of the CC Corsa idler pulley is the two different pulley diameters. A small diameter is controlled by the throttle grip, while the cable leading to the carburetor is controlled by a large pulley.

This technology creates a transmission ratio that allows a larger carburetor to be opened completely. In contrast to the usual rocker/lever systems, the roller ensures a linear opening of the carburetor. The lever systems are degressive, so the carburetor opens quickly at first and then more and more slowly. The CC Corsa roller system, on the other hand, operates linearly and with little effort.
