Gabriele Cagni, founder of CC Corsa from Emilia Romagna in Italy, puts the topic of wideframe tuning on a new footing. His aluminum cylinder developed by Falc Racing with wear-resistant Nicasil coating features a generously dimensioned diaphragm inlet and a modern cylinder layout. The scavenging surfaces and its geometry as well as the exhaust have been redesigned from the ground up. They now offer, despite full compatibility with the original engine case, a huge increase in power and torque. The piston with Ø61mm is an old known from the Malossi 166cc cylinder.
