Cylinder Head - BGM PRO CNC (Made in Germany) TS1 225 cc - Lambretta TV 200, SX 200, DL 200, GP 200

bgm PRO / MBD cylinder head for pistons with a diameter of 70–71 mm. The head is CNC-milled from solid stock in Germany.

The surface area of the cooling fins is significantly larger than that of Italian, Indian, Spanish, and most other heads. This results in significantly higher heat dissipation and, consequently, better cooling.

The head is designed to be warp-resistant with an extra-large sealing surface against the cylinder.

The compression ratio is 9.25:1 or 9.50:1, depending on the stroke, ideal for all street engines with 225 cc or 230 cc. 

The combustion chamber profile matches the original Innocenti crown shape of the piston. The head is therefore compatible with all pistons featuring this profile, such as: 

• AF Rayspeed TS1 225 cc / 230 cc cylinders
• AF Rayspeed Rapido 225 cc / 230 cc cylinders
• AF Rayspeed RB22 225 cc / 230 cc cylinders
• Many Gub-Conversion cylinders with 225 cc / 230 cc
