Massive CNC aluminum cylinder head milled from the solid. Made in Germany, suitable for Malossi tuning cylinders for Vespa Rally200, PX200, Cosa200, available in Race and Touring versions.
RACE version. For use with 57 stroke or with 60 stroke or more, with corresponding stroke compensation as foot gasket. Ideal head design for more powerful engines with large carburetors and exhaust systems such as Nordspeed, Pipedesign, Ludwig&Scherer etc.
This cylinder head has no integrated stroke compensation (1.5 mm head gasket). It is specifically designed for setups with stroke compensation under the cylinder and modern reso exhaust systems. Greatly increased cooling surface thanks to cooling fins on both sides and full-surface airflow. Modern combustion chamber design with optimum power output and extremely low susceptibility to ringing. Milled completely from the solid. No casting blowholes or broken heads (not a special case!). Manufactured for spark plugs with long thread (we recommend Bosch W3CC). Straight center plug. Sealing to the cylinder with supplied O-ring. No more problems with leaking head and secondary air.
Lovingly produced in small series. Naturally completely made in Germany.

Please note:
The original cylinder cover must be machined a little for the cylinder head. However, this can be done in 5 minutes with a side cutter. The spark plug hole must be widened slightly and some space must be created at the air outlet for the larger cooling fins.
