Cylinder head for Vespa T5 with Malossi 172 cc - CNC-milled for maximum performance

Tuning cylinder head for Malossi 172 cylinder kit, completely milled from a solid piece of aluminum. This head covers all desired engines, from the plugged 172 to the full program with large carburetor, reed valve and resonance exhaust. Greatly increased cooling surface thanks to cooling fins on both sides and full-surface airflow.

Modern combustion chamber design with optimum power output and extremely low susceptibility to ringing. Milled completely from the solid. No casting blowholes or broken heads (not a special case!). Manufactured for spark plugs with long thread (we recommend Bosch W3CC). Sealing to the cylinder with supplied O-ring. No more problems with leaking heads and secondary air.

Lovingly produced in small series. Naturally completely made in Germany.

• Compression Malossi 172 with original crankshaft (52 mm stroke): 11.5:1 (squeeze gap 1.1 mm)
• Malossi 172 compression ratio with long-stroke crankshaft (57 mm stroke): 12.5:1 (squeeze gap 1.1 mm)
