With the completely revised "Il Naso 2.0 SC", Nagy Blechroller presents the further developed version of the popular tuning cylinder head. Specially designed for the characteristic 1-channel engines, this head is the perfect upgrade to give your classic car modern manners without destroying its classic character.
Like its predecessor, the "Il Naso 2.0" SC is manufactured to fit all 125cc Vespa Wideframe models with high nose pistons. These include, among others:
- Vespa V1-30
- Hoffmann
- ACMA (up to model year 1953)
- Vespa 125 U
- Douglas Rod models
Technology that inspires
The CNC-milled head is not only a visual treat, but also a real technical problem solver. The recalculated geometry of the combustion chamber and an increased compression ratio of 1:8 awaken the reserves in your engine: look forward to noticeably better acceleration and an increased top speed.
Another decisive advantage of the new design is the thermal management. The shape massively supports the heat dissipation of the original cylinder, which significantly reduces the thermal load on the engine - especially in today's traffic conditions.
Installation & adjustment instructions
The cylinder head is designed as a plug-and-play solution for the original cylinder. To ensure that you enjoy this upgrade for a long time, please observe the following instructions:
- Gasket: Depending on the tolerance and manufacturer of the piston used, it may be necessary to continue using the original copper gasket. Please check this individually during installation (crushing edge/free movement).
- Ignition: Due to the higher compression ratio, the ignition timing must be adjusted. Set the ignition back by about 4°.
- Jetting: Save yourself the work! It is not necessary to adjust the jetting. On the contrary: Experience has shown that a change leads to a deterioration in the result.
