This PINASCO Master 260 cylinder is designed purely as a replacement for the PINASCO 260cc engine platform and fits the Pinasco 260 engine housing intended for it. The cylinder is made of aluminum and has a Nikasil-coated bore. The design is clearly "racing": new overflow geometry, enlarged exhaust with booster and a head with central spark plug and centering bushes for a precise fit.

Important note on the stud bolt pattern

The cylinders use the T5 stud bolt pattern and are primarily intended as spare parts for the PINASCO 260 system.

Adaptation to original T5 housing: basically possible, but only with considerable effort (welding on housing, spindling bore). This is a project for engine builders with the appropriate equipment.

Conclusion

The PINASCO Master 260 is the right replacement cylinder for the Pinasco 260 platform: modern aluminum-Nikasil construction, booster exhaust and centered head. If you want to keep the 260 engine running cleanly or rebuild it after damage, this kit is the right basis.
