Polini 70cc Sport cylinder for Aprilia SR50 LC

The POLINI 70cc SPORT is a perfect all-round cylinder. Very durable and finely crafted grey cast iron cylinder, which gets most of its power from the increased displacement.

This cylinder is characterized by good workmanship, large port areas and very good quality. Grows with the tasks and the expansion stages carried out. You can either fit it with the original carburettor and have fun straight away or keep tuning and have fun until the doctor comes. This kit is therefore a great basis for powerful engines. From touring to street racing, everything is possible here.

If it is to be ridden without further modifications, the main jet must be adjusted (5-10 % larger). Larger carburettors with a diameter of 17.5mm to 19mm and correspondingly designed exhaust systems are recommended as initial measures for further performance increases.

Delivery includes pistons, gaskets and the necessary installation material.

TIP

: Please always install piston rings carefully. Piston rings made of cast material are only elastic to a limited extent and break relatively quickly.

Some pistons have trapezoidal profiled piston rings (so-called keystone rings), these only fit in one installation position. If the ring does not move freely, please remove it carefully and reinstall it 'upside down'.
