The VMC STELVIO 2.0 is a modern sports cylinder kit for the small largeframe engine block (125 and 150). With a 63 mm bore, 7 transfer ports and a consistent focus on torque characteristics suitable for everyday use, the Stelvio 2.0 is a well thought-out further development of its successful predecessor. The kit can be built up to both 57 mm and 60 mm stroke thanks to the enclosed spacer and gasket sets.
The cylinder is made of aluminum and uses a Nikasil-coated raceway (Gilardoni), as well as an aluminum head with 8-fold screw connection and special rib geometry for stable temperatures. The side-mounted spark plug is positioned so that the electrode is central to the combustion chamber geometry - a detail that can contribute to clean combustion.
Aluminum Nikasil Ø 63.0 mm 7 transfer ports 57 or 60 mm stroke Head included
For the Stelvio 2.0, VMC relies on an independently developed exhaust design which, according to the manufacturer, is the result of extensive testing. The shape is a central component of the characteristics and is aimed at a wide, usable band. Note: To maintain this tuning, it is not recommended to change the outlet contour.
This version cannot be fitted with the E-Start ring gear (starter ring). Please check before assembly whether your engine housing or setup requires an E-Start version.
The VMC STELVIO 2.0 is a consistently modernized sports kit for large-frame 125 and 150 engines. Aluminium Nikasil, a fully matched gasket package for 57 and 60 mm stroke and the bolted exhaust concept make it a very well-rounded basis for powerful, cleanly drivable setups.

Note: The vehicle list refers to the engine platforms on which the Stelvio 2.0 is used. The decisive factors are the engine housing design and setup (57 or 60 mm stroke) as well as the omission of the E-start ring gear on this version.
