Diaphragm case from SCHMITT, made of die-cast aluminum, is ideal for Simson M500 and M700 engines with a SCHMITT cylinder conversion to diaphragm intake. Compatible with all SCHMITT GST and Sportfreund cylinders. The design is flow-optimized and the surface is extremely smooth. The compact design minimizes dead space, which promotes fast response. With the enclosed adapter plate and gaskets, the use of V-Force CR85 or Malossi VL reed blocks (for AM6 engine) is possible. Suitable for cylinders from 50cc to 110cc. When using CNC engine cases, e.g. for PZ-Tuning, the sealing surfaces may have to be adapted. The hole pattern is 40x60mm. Scope of delivery as shown in Fig. 1, but without reed valve block.
