Made of quality steel 42CrMo4
Crankshafts with the threads M12x1,M12x1,25 and M10x1,5 can be installed.
The crankshaft bearing is not stressed, because the adjustable threaded ring is supported on the inner ring of the ball bearing.
The retaining washer now has a recess for the bolt in the housing.
Retracting operation
AG1: Insert crankshaft into housing.
AG2: Screw suitable pulling sleeve onto crankshaft.
AG3: Fit large sleeve with front threaded sleeve over pulling sleeve. Threaded sleeve must be turned out so far that the large sleeve does not touch the engine housing. This ensures that the tool is supported on the crankshaft bearing and that this is damaged during retraction.
AG4: Screw the threaded spindle with nut and washer into the draw sleeve and pull in the crankshaft with nut.
Bead breaking operation
AG1: Fasten large washer in place of ignition base plate.
AG2: Screw on large sleeve.
AG3: Screw in M16 bolt and use it to press off the crankshaft.
