The TECNIGAS Silent Pro Black is a discreetly designed exhaust system for the classic Piaggio Sfera 80 and TPH 80 scooters. With its large-volume silencer, completely black finish and neatly integrated heat shield, the system deliberately maintains an understated, close-to-original appearance.
For the Silent Pro, TECNIGAS combines a robust steel construction with header and mounting geometry designed specifically for the respective vehicle. This makes the system particularly suitable as a replacement for an old, corroded or damaged original exhaust without giving the scooter an overly pronounced racing appearance.
The Silent Pro series is designed for comparatively restrained noise levels and usable power delivery. This characteristic is particularly well suited to classic Sfera 80 and TPH 80 scooters where reliable operation and a discreet appearance are important.
The enclosed, large-volume silencer differs visually from typical resonance-type racing exhaust systems with a separate end silencer. This keeps the overall appearance compact and close to the original design.
The exhaust body, header and mounting bracket are finished in black. The matching black heat shield covers a large section of the outer side and integrates neatly into the overall appearance with its angular design.
The product images also show the vehicle-specific mounting components together with the corresponding installation hardware, including spacers, screws, washers and fastening elements. The heat shield is mounted separately to the exhaust body.
The header routing, exhaust flange and large rear mounting bracket are designed for the corresponding Piaggio engine configuration. The Silent Pro is therefore not a universal exhaust system, but a model-specific solution for the Piaggio Sfera 80 and TPH 80.
When installing a new exhaust system, it is advisable to check the condition of the exhaust gasket and mounting components and replace worn parts where necessary. The exhaust should first be aligned without tension and then all mounting points tightened evenly.
The TECNIGAS Silent Pro Black 03.07.044.03 does not have an E-mark or homologation for use on public roads. The applicable legal regulations in the respective country of use must be observed.
