The SIEM LED headlight combines modern LED lighting technology with true-to-original optics. It is operated in the 12-volt AC vehicle electrical system via the AC/DC voltage converter supplied and provides a bright, homogeneous light image with low power consumption - ideal for classic large-frame models.
Manufactured by SIEM in Italy, a long-standing Piaggio partner, the glass lens and clean workmanship clearly set it apart from simple replicas - a high-quality solution for restorations with contemporary light output.
Quick plug and play retrofitting in the existing lamp pot. All electrical connections are made via the converter between the vehicle electrical system and the headlight. Observe polarity, establish corrosion-free earth points.
The models mentioned have a 6-volt vehicle electrical system ex works. Conversion to 12 V is mandatory for this LED headlight: 12 V ignition system with suitable regulator and adapted wiring harness. Only then can the headlamp be used via the enclosed converter.
The converter supplies the LED with direct current. Supported modes: low beam with parking lightand low beam plus high beam and parking light. Check plug contacts regularly for long-lasting operation.
