Quality

Conversion & on-board electrical system (AC)

Completely replaces contact ignition or worn electronic ignition. The AC circuit feeds the original regulator- as ex works - and the battery continues to be charged via the standard system. No additional regulator required; lighting and on-board electrics remain in the AC layout.

Ignition timing

supplied with CDI for static ZZP - suitable for most 2-stroke street setups. Setting marks allow basic setting without strobe (check with flashlight recommended).

Pole wheel & fan wheel

Pole wheel from Dexter Racing with Elestart ring gear, precisely balanced; single-slot mounting prevents incorrect installation. Flywheel mass and optimized fan geometry ensure smooth engine running and high cooling capacity.

Plug & play on the Elestart wiring harness

This VAPE AC Elestart is supplied without an additional regulator. Continue to use the original regulator, no wiring harness modification necessary. Ignition base plate: Connection to the vehicle wiring harness black / blue (model-dependent kill/supply), wire CDI as enclosed.

Advantage: Standard vehicle electrical system is retained, battery charging and Elestart function remain fully usable.

Note: To ensure trouble-free operation over the long term, make sure that the ground connections are perfect, the plug contacts are tight and the cables are laid correctly (no chafing). Retighten screws after 50-100 km
