Lambretta intake manifold from MB Developments for piston-controlled Lambretta cylinders with 200 - 250 cc displacement (also suitable for RT 195 BGM2200). Ideal for cut-downs and choppers, as the carburetor points forwards in the direction of travel and is also very close to the side cover.
This allows carburetors with 34 mm connection width to be installed.

The position of the carburetor is such that the original air filter box can only be used to a limited extent. The simplest solution is to use a foam air filter (item no. 7671197 or the Evergreen intake hose). This is a retro version that is geared more towards the front of the scooter and gives it a certain ram-air effect - ideal for cut-downs, choppers and with holes in the side fairing.
The sealing surfaces of the intake manifold and cylinder inlet may need to be adapted to each other. The best way to do this is to use an intake gasket as a template and align the areas with the Dremel.
The scope of delivery includes an M7 screw to replace the long stud bolt. When using the screw, the engine does not have to be lowered to remove the intake.
