The newly added sealing surface inside the nozzle forms a strong flow edge, on cases with a long sealing surface we recommend milling the inside of the nozzle. Alternatively, we recommend the EVO1 intake manifold from MMW.
As with all conversions to a diaphragm-controlled intake, the original rotary valve control via the crank web is no longer required. This means that the engine housing can and should be milled (for an optimum increase in performance). An optional crankshaft for diaphragm intake is recommended for a further increase in engine performance.
Attention: For installation, it is necessary to screw two brass threaded bushes (enclosed) into the holes of the carburetor fastening screws of the engine housing. The connecting piece itself is fastened to the engine housing with two M5 hexagon socket screws.
