Polini 3-hole reed valve intake manifold for Vespa PK XL

Polini reed valve intake manifold as a replacement for the original rotary valve intake manifold. Supplied with diaphragm and intake rubber with Ø34mm connection width. Thus suitable for all carburetors with this connection dimension (e.g. Keihin PWK, Polini 24-30 mm, Dell'Orto VHST24-28 mm, PHBH28-30 mm, Mikuni TMX27). Can also be used when the cylinder is mounted upside down.

The intake manifold is designed to allow the exhaust to pass at a sufficient distance. In order to use the intake manifold sensibly, the rotary slide valve inlet should be modified (mill the housing, use a corresponding crankshaft for the diaphragm inlet).

Modifications to the frame are necessary for installation (carburettor passage in the frame must be enlarged).
