SCHMITT intake manifold or carburetor flange / adapter - Made in Germany. This adapter allows the installation of modern PHBG carburetors with 24mm clamp flange on Simson mopeds with M531, M541 or M571 engine, including models such as S50, S51, S53, S70, SR50, SR80, KR50/1, KR50/2 Schwalbe, Sperber, Habicht or Star. Manufactured on state-of-the-art 5-axis CNC milling machines in Germany, the intake manifold offers a perfect surface finish. The connection to the carburetor is a perfect fit and barrier-free, without edges, steps or joints, which ensures optimum gas exchange. The milled Venturi cone accelerates the air-fuel mixture and increases performance. The geometrically optimized flange enables a linear transition from the carburettor to the air filter heart box without the usual kinks. The scope of delivery includes two DIN 6912 hexagon socket screws and a matching silicone O-ring, which can be replaced by the standard flange gasket. Outer diameter: 24mm. Venturi passage: 17.5mm to 21mm.
