SCHMITT intake manifold or carburetor flange / adapter - Made in Germany. This adapter enables the installation of modern PHBG carburetors with 24mm clamping flange on Simson mopeds with M531, M541 or M571 engines, such as S50, S51, S53, S70, SR50, SR80, KR50/1, KR50/2 Schwalbe, Sperber, Habicht or Star. Manufactured on state-of-the-art 5-axis CNC milling machines in Germany, the intake manifold offers a perfect surface finish. The connection to the carburetor is a perfect fit and without edges, steps or joints, which enables optimum gas exchange. The milled Venturi cone accelerates the air-fuel mixture and thus increases performance. The geometrically optimized flange ensures a linear transition to the air filter heart box. The scope of delivery includes two DIN 6912 hexagon socket screws and a matching silicone O-ring, which can be replaced by the standard flange gasket. Outer diameter: 24mm, straight passage: 21mm.
