ROTWEISS 1400 Paint Cleaner

The ROTWEISS 1400 Paint Cleaner is a high-quality product for restoring and maintaining vehicle surfaces. It was specially developed to remove fine surface scratches and restore slightly weathered paint and modern surfaces.

Properties

• Versatile application: Suitable for paints, acrylic, metals, fiberglass, gelcoat, and plastics
• Mildly abrasive: Removes fine scratches and light weathering without damaging the surface
• Free from wax, grease, and silicone: Leaves no unwanted residues, ideal for subsequent painting
• Grit equivalent of 6,500: Provides a fine polishing effect for a smooth finish

Application

1. Preparation: Thoroughly clean the surface to remove dirt, dust, grease, and wax. Using the ROTWEISS Intensive Cleaner is recommended.
2. Application: Apply the cleaner section by section and immediately polish with circular motions, possible both manually and with a machine.
3. Polishing: Use a clean, lightly damp microfiber cloth to remove product residue and polish the surface to a high gloss.
4. Sealing: For long-lasting protection, follow up with ROTWEISS Paint Sealant or Spray Wax.

Notes

• On sensitive or dark paints, slight hazing may occur, which can be removed with ROTWEISS High Gloss Anti-Hologram Polish.
• It is recommended to start with a finer polishing paste to avoid unnecessary material removal.

A 500 ml bottle typically covers a complete mid-sized car or approximately 10 m² of smooth surface.
