Plug with o-rings for oilpump hole -OEM QUALITY- Vespa Vespa PX80, PX125, PX150, PX200, T5 125cc, Cosa125-200 - alloy

Used to close the hole in the engine case of the PX models for the oil pump shaft. Necessary when removing the original carburetor bowl and using a carburetor with its own intake manifold.

Instruction:

• Remove carburetor pan (1x M5 slotted screw under the carburetor gasket).
• Pull out the oil pump shaft upwards
• Fit plug with O-rings (grease O-rings lightly)
• Push the plug gently into the hole
• Screw the enclosed screw into the existing hole
• Alternatively, the enclosed taper pin can also be driven lightly into the bore (hammer). Then shorten the protrusion (Flex/Dremel).

The plug is made of precision turned aluminium and is used with two high quality NBR O-rings.
Compared to other solutions, the plug is plugged in and fixed in the housing by means of the enclosed self-tapping screw. If necessary, it can therefore be easily removed again.
