Royal Alloy Engine Mounting Bush – GP, GT, TG, JPS 125–350cc

Genuine Royal Alloy bush for the engine mounting of GP, GT, TG and JPS models from 125–350cc. The metal spacer and guide sleeve is part of the engine mounting system and is used in the connection between the engine mounting and the frame.

The bush serves as a defined guide element within the mounting assembly. Its cylindrical shape and continuous internal bore allow the corresponding mounting spindle to pass through it.

Design and function of the engine mounting bush

On automatic scooters, the engine and transmission unit is connected to the vehicle frame via a pivoting mounting system. The individual bearing and guide components must work together correctly to ensure the intended movement and positioning of the engine unit.

Within this assembly, the Royal Alloy bush performs a guiding and spacing function. It provides a defined support for the spindle passing through it and helps maintain the correct positioning of the associated components.

As a genuine replacement part, the bush corresponds to the manufacturer's intended specification and is suitable for repairing the corresponding engine mounting system.

Cylindrical metal sleeve with continuous bore

The bush has an elongated cylindrical design. The outer surface has a bare metal finish with a uniform machined appearance.

Both ends are chamfered. These bevelled edges facilitate insertion of the bush into the intended mounting position and reduce sharp transitions at the ends.

The continuous, concentrically positioned internal bore accommodates the corresponding mounting spindle. The design is intended for use within the original Royal Alloy engine mounting system.
