Original fuel pump assembly for Royal Alloy GP 350, TG 350 and JPS 350. The complete unit is designed for installation inside the fuel tank and supplies fuel to the injection system. It is suitable as a vehicle-specific replacement for a defective or incorrectly operating fuel pump.
The unit is designed as a complete pump module. The round upper mounting flange incorporates the connections for the fuel system as well as the electrical connection. The elongated pump housing is located below the flange. At the lower end is the large intake element for drawing fuel from the tank.
The fuel pump is supplied as a complete assembly rather than simply as an individual pump insert. The upper flange forms the interface with the fuel tank and features several mounting points arranged around its circumference. The connection areas visible in the product images are integrated directly into the assembly.
The pump assembly operates within the fuel system at a nominal pressure of 300 kPa. It is therefore designed for the specified fuel supply system of the corresponding Royal Alloy models.
The shape and construction of the module are designed for its specific installation position inside the fuel tank. The elongated pump body extends into the tank, while the intake element is positioned at the lower end of the assembly. The round flange forms the upper section of the unit and provides the mounting interface with the tank.
As an original Royal Alloy spare part, the fuel pump is intended as a direct replacement for the corresponding standard pump assembly. When diagnosing or replacing the unit, the fuel supply, electrical connections and associated fuel lines should also be checked for their condition.
Work on the fuel system should be carried out professionally and in accordance with the necessary safety precautions. Before installation, the connections, mounting points and associated fuel system components should be checked for damage or contamination.
