The bgm PRO Classic is our all-season all-round tire with a classic look: sporty driving characteristics in dry conditions, high grip as an all-weather tire in wet and cold conditions thanks to a high silica content, multi-layer carcass for high stability, ECE E4 approved and approved up to 150 km/h. The new bgm PRO Classic is designed as a TT/TL version and can be mounted on tubeless rims (TL) as well as tubular rims (TT), creating a consistent all-season tire for sporty drivers who do not want to compromise on everyday driving or changing weather conditions.

The TL (tubeless) versions of the bgm PRO tires have a specially adapted inner contour for 10 inch tubeless rims on Vespa and Lambretta. This results in easier sliding over the rim flange - even without a tire changer.
Background: Many 10-inch tubeless rims cannot be designed in accordance with ETRTO due to the installation space at the brake drum and do not have a full drop center. The bgm PRO compensates for this by design.
Extra tip: The bgm PRO Superstrong rim makes things even easier. The 5-bulge design makes bead breaking even easier - the rim and tire are designed to match.
The bgm PRO Classic has a high negative tread ratio and a silica-containing rubber compound. This extends the temperature window and ensures reliable grip even at the lowest temperatures. The consistently positive experience with the bgm PRO Classic tire, even on snow-covered roads, shows it to be a fully-fledged all-season and all-weather tire - ideally combined with the highly corrosion-resistant bgm PRO Superstrong rim for autumn/winter use.
Legal notice (Germany): For single-track motor vehicles (motorcycles, scooters) the situational winter tire obligation of § 2 para. 3a StVO does not apply. There is no general obligation to use winter tires. Irrespective of this, the obligation to adopt an appropriate driving style applies; also observe country-specific rules outside Germany.
The bgm PRO was developed in Germany together with Heidenau exactly according to our specifications: The aim was to create a genuine 10-inch classic tire with the application range of an all-season/touring tire and high grip. A multi-layer high-performance carcass delivers immediate steering, high cornering speed and stability. The high silica content extends the temperature window and ensures reliable grip in wet and cold conditions - typical of an all-weather tire. The result: sports tire performance with clear everyday and all-season qualities.
Before the market launch, bgm PRO tested the tire extensively itself - in daily all-season use and deliberately also outside of classic sports tire scenarios. This included validating winter drives to test response behavior and grip at very low temperatures. The official approval extends up to 150 km/h (speed index P). In addition, the tire is designed to fit 10-inch tubeless rimsfrom Vespa and Lambretta, which makes mounting noticeably easier.
