The PINASCO Endurance Slave 252cc kit is aimed at riders who want to build up a very powerful touring setup without having to mill the standard engine housing. The main difference to the classic rotary valve setup is that the engine is supplied via a reed valve inlet on the cylinder. This provides very good filling and a wide usable band without the rotary valve surface or the housing inlet being a limiting factor.
In this version, the mixture is supplied via the inlet on the cylinder. This is particularly useful if you want to realize a very powerful setup on a standard housing without milling the housing inlet or using a possibly worn rotary valve surface as a base.
Recommendation: Always check squish, compression and ignition timing on the finished engine and adjust to the overall setup.
The PINASCO Endurance Slave 252 kit is the right choice if you want to implement the 252 set-up on a standard housing as simply as possible and deliberately opt for a reed valve intake on the cylinder. Very powerful, very suitable for touring and, thanks to the plug-and-play design, can be implemented without spindle work.
