A correct nameplate is simply part of an ACMA restoration: It sits on the frame rail like the original and carries the most important vehicle data. This plate comes in OEM quality, in the typical shell shape and with the dimensions 60 x 34 mm - suitable for ACMA 125 models from the early to late 1950s (depending on the version on the vehicle).
As with the original, the type plate is usually riveted. The chassis number is then added individually - depending on workshop practice, either by punching numbers or with an engraving pen. In some versions, data such as the year of construction, vehicle type or permissible gross weightare also added. This ensures that the plate remains correct and matches the respective vehicle.
