Short facts
✔ Made in Germany
✔S tainless steel, polishable
✔ Precise concentricity
✔ Reinforced rim flange
✔ Replaceable bolts
The highest production quality, visible and tangible: the BGM PRO stainless steel rim is manufactured in Germany by a certified producer. Instead of deep drawing, it is "pressed" rotationally symmetrically - this ensures excellent concentricity, absolute freedom from rust and a reinforced rim flange. Built for maximum durability and a permanently elegant look.
Made in Germany Polished stainless steel and stainless steel Reinforced rim flange Replaceable bolts
✔ Rust-free and easy to clean - stainless steel (also polished) for a permanently beautiful surface
✔S table and precise - perfect concentricity thanks to pressed, rotationally symmetrical production
✔ Reinforced rim flange - folded edge doubles the material on the flange
✔S ustainable - no welded stud bolts, replaceable special stainless steel nuts included
✔ Durable in tough use - proven on long distances and rough surfaces
Each rim is individually formed using a spinning process. This gentle, high-precision forming process shapes the sheet metal without stress cracks and ensures uniform wall thicknesses. This results in stability and dimensional accuracy at workshop and test bench level.
The combination of manufacturing principle and reinforced rim flange delivers excellent concentricity - even under continuous load. The folded edge thickens the edge of the flange and increases resistance to impacts, kerb contact and stresses during tire fitting. This makes the rim virtually indestructible, as Martin "sticky" Round impressively demonstrated in a scooter race (the Nomad Rally, a kind of Rally Dakar) through the Moroccan desert in 2017.
Instead of welded stud bolts, the rim uses bolted stainless steel special nuts with a square profile. These engage positively in the rim and prevent twisting - individual studs can be replaced at any time. This makes the rim service-friendly and future-proof.
