The drive shaft, which complements the existing range of primary gear ratios, was developed and manufactured to fit perfectly into the original gearbox without any modifications.
The aim of the Malossi engineers was to increase the strength and rigidity of the shaft.

N.B. : To achieve maximum operating accuracy, the gear must be mounted on the wheel shaft with a slight interference fit.
