Hardened to an average of 60 HRC, Benelli parts offer the perfect balance of sufficient hardness and necessary elasticity to withstand the enormous stresses and strains of a racing engine.
Benelli offers a reinforced primary kit for the Smallframe motors. This is where reinforced shock absorber springs are used, which do justice to the high torque of a reworked engine. These, unlike original feathers, no longer go on block. This means that the springs are not completely compressed but still have sufficient travel. This means that peak loads are no longer introduced into the gearbox and the components are protected despite higher engine power. The primary kit is supplied ready for installation and has reinforced cover plates for the primary springs.
The additionally available primary pinions are an optimal supplement to adapt the engine to other race tracks or modified components. This allows the reduction of the existing primary kit to be extended or shortened over a wide bandwidth.
