Blechroller

- The visionary for classic Vespa wideframes

When it comes to the supreme discipline of classic Vespas - the wideframe models built up to 1960 - there is hardly any way around Nagy Blechroller. For us, Andreas Nagy is more than just a restorer; he is a pioneer who masters the perfect balancing act between absolute fidelity to the original and state-of-the-art performance. His philosophy is exactly in tune with the times: the classic look remains untouched, but under the side hood lies technology that is not only reliable, but also brings the maximum technically feasible performance to the road on request.

A passion for technical independence

The story of Nagy Blechroller was born out of a deep desire not to be dependent on half-hearted solutions. Andreas began to go his own way to solve the technical problems of his scooters. This drive has now resulted in over 30 years of experience in the repair of critical assemblies and the complete overhaul of Vespa units. Andreas not only knows that a solution works, but above all knows exactly why it does.

The "Nordkapp" gamechanger and the Pinasco connection

An absolute milestone in the scooter scene is his close collaboration with the traditional Italian manufacturer Pinasco. Andreas has been firmly involved in development and testing there since 2015. He was instrumental in bringing the legendary "Nordkapp" cylinder kit to market maturity. This kit was a real game changer: it finally gave the previously rather underpowered wideframe engines the much-needed power and reliability for today's road traffic. It is fair to say that Nagy has played a decisive role in the current upward trend in tuning old wideframe engines and has made them suitable for everyday use.

We greatly value our collaboration with Andreas, because this is where genuine passion meets in-depth technical understanding. If you want to optimize your classic Wideframe, his solutions are an excellent choice.
