The genuine Royal Alloy plastic underlay with part number 0312020015-10-001 is designed for the rear right footboard trim of the GP, JPS and TG model ranges. This black moulded component follows the contours of the corresponding footboard section and serves as an underlay for the matching trim strip.
The underlay is part of the multi-piece footboard trim assembly. It complements the outer trim strip and follows the shape of the footboard through its specifically designed contours. Installation Notes
The underlay is intended for the right-hand side of the vehicle in the rear footboard area. The left-hand and right-hand versions differ in their respective contours and must be selected according to their mounting positions.
Before installation, the adjacent trim strip, mounting points and contact surfaces should be inspected. The plastic underlay must be correctly positioned along its entire length before the corresponding trim strip is secured. Damaged or missing fasteners should be replaced separately if necessary.
The genuine Royal Alloy underlay 0312020015-10-001 allows an individual component of the rear right footboard trim assembly to be replaced. It is suitable both for repairing damaged trim components and for restoring the original factory configuration during a vehicle restoration.
