Original Royal Alloy profile rubber for the transition area between the cascade and front mudguard on TG and JPS model ranges. The black moulded part follows the contour of the adjoining bodywork components and is used as a vehicle-specific intermediate profile.
The profile is pre-shaped in a U-form to match its installation position. The curved central section extends into long profile sections on both sides. This allows the component to follow the contour between the cascade and mudguard without having to be assembled from separate profile sections.
A continuous profile is visible on the inside and is designed to fit against or accommodate the edges of the adjoining components. The black surface provides the standard visual separation between the bodywork panels.
Two integrated mounting holes are located in the shaped side sections. These are part of the moulded component and, together with the predefined contour, determine the position of the profile on the vehicle.
As an original Royal Alloy spare part, the profile rubber is suitable for replacing a damaged, deformed or missing original component. Its specific shape is matched to the corresponding installation position between the cascade and front mudguard of the intended Royal Alloy models.
Before installation, the contact surfaces on the cascade and mudguard should be cleaned and checked for damage. The profile should be aligned according to its predefined contour and installed between the adjoining components without tension. The existing mounting points should be used according to the original installation arrangement.
