Who doesn't know the problem: You buy a nice exhaust and then it doesn't fit with the main stand.
Especially often this happens when e.g. PX200 engines are installed in an oldie. The suitable exhaust systems fit then indeed in a PX with the main stand, but not in an Oldie, because the main stand sits here further back than with PX.
This problem is history with our main stand offset.

FAQ / Frequently asked questions:

• Do I have to drill holes in the frame?
  -No. The offset plate is attached to the original holes for the main stand. The main stand is then screwed to the offset plate. All nuts and bolts are included in the delivery. Can I also mount a PX main stand e.g. on a sprint with the offset plate?
  -Yes. There are several threads in the offset plate. So all main stands of the models that fit the shim fit and the one of the PX.
• vibrates the shim?
  -No. It is made of very strong, 3mm thick stainless steel and is even stiffer because of the edges. Additionally the front level is a little bit higher than the back level. Thus the offset plate is clamped against the frame when screwing it down at the front.
• Does this also work with a VNB/VBB?
  -Yes! this is even much better with the offset plate, because now a longer main stand of the PX can be installed without hitting the exhaust manifold.
