Forged clutch bell, without weld seams, made of 39NiCrMo5 steel, nitrogen-hardened and with an antioxidant surface treatment.
The machined rib reinforcement improves heat dissipation and protects the friction material of the clutch, which has been tested up to over 20,000 rpm.
Radial scraper holes on the contact surface, sized and positioned to continuously clean the clutch friction material.
Original system concept with openings that provide dynamic ventilation and the ability to adjust the clutch's internal settings.
Highest surface finish and extremely tight tolerances are maintained.
