EGIG One Finger Clutch 2.0 - 5 disks - PRO Version (Polygon)

The PRO version (Polygon) is the maximum expansion stage for motors with a Polygon auxiliary shaft, which should transmit as much torque as possible with little manual force. The carbon friction lining provides additional reserves: The clutch can deliver more power with an identical spring assembly, and disengagement can function with less release travel - if the lever/cover is selected correctly.

Differences between the versions - which one suits me?

Cone vs. polygon: Cone is standard (classic auxiliary shaft). Polygon is for EGIG/Fabbri Polygon shafts. This is a tough compatibility issue - only fits if your shafts fit.

STD vs. PRO: STD uses organic (cork) pads - classic, robust, suitable for everyday use. PRO uses carbon pads - longer durability, more reserve and potentially less release travel, also approx. +10% contact pressure with the same springs.

2.0 basic design: All versions are based on 2.0 - more space to the basket and more space for the pad package, which significantly reduces mounting problems (sitting up).

Lever tip: Levers with a small knob usually offer more release travel. This helps with clean separation with little preload.

Repkit note: If you are using a repair kit: only use the version bolted from the rear - otherwise the bolt heads may stick to the inner basket.
