Polini is expanding its product lineup developed specifically for Yamaha TMax scooters.
With this new clutch kit, Polini aims to satisfy all TMax 500 and 530 riders who want a clutch that consistently delivers maximum performance on any type of road while offering responsive, reliable, and safe handling.
The clutch consists of discs with a metal carrier and a friction material coating that has been specifically tailored to the characteristics of the TMax scooter following extensive testing.
It is a blend of new fibers that transmit the full power of the engine while withstanding the highest operating temperatures without any loss of performance.
To give your scooter even more grip, the kit comes with two different sets of clutch pressure springs with varying spring rates, which are easily identifiable by their colors: white-plated and yellow-plated.
This kit is designed to improve and optimize clutch performance and increase the RPM at which the clutch engages compared to the original version.

White-galvanized springs: Clutch engagement at 3,000 rpm, clutch slip at 5,500 rpm.
Yellow-plated springs: Clutch engagement at 3,200 rpm, clutch slip at 5,500 rpm.

The Polini clutch kit ensures better power transmission at all RPMs and rapid starts without compromising the clutch’s responsiveness.
These improvements ensure consistent transmission optimization, even after the clutch has been subjected to heavy use under maximum load for an extended period.
