Malossi 560 cc cylinder kit for Yamaha T-Max 500 (Type 4B5)
Malossi has made significant changes to the clear design of the two-cylinder manufactured by Yamaha from a single block, allowing the bore to be significantly enlarged. The mechanical and thermal properties of the original cylinder nevertheless remain unchanged.
The pistons, which are made of a special alloy and whose design means they can withstand the stresses and strains that occur even after prolonged use, deserve special attention. Nothing has been left to chance here, be it the seal, the lightweight piston pin with conical bore made of high-alloy steel or the chrome-coated and nitrided piston rings. Every little detail contributes to making this cylinder/piston kit a very special product for the discerning and well-informed customer!
