Delta clutch
The Delta clutch was developed in the context of competitive scooter sport and quickly became the product benchmark in its field and the key to greater performance.
The simplicity of the system allows the spring hardness to be quickly adjusted to the centrifugal forces and also offers the option of replacing springs with different spring hardnesses (K value).
The corresponding spring hardnesses (K values) are listed in the Malossi catalog. In addition, this system offers a position adjustment of the small mass. This influences the pressure between the friction material and the clutch bell. The small mass can also be exchanged with other masses/clutch weights of different weights.
The entire system is patented to prevent brazen attempts at copying and counterfeiting.

Carbon steel teeth made from round material and processed using the tungsten inert gas welding process.
Nitride-hardened surface.
