Compatible with: Vespa PX200, P200E, PE, PX200 E Lusso, Arcobaleno, Elestart, PX200 MY, Millennium, and Rally 200 with PINASCO 215/225 cm³ long-stroke conversion on a 60 mm crankshaft.
The PINASCO VRH cylinder head is designed for the PINASCO 215/225 cm³ long-stroke conversion on Vespa 200 engines. It is designed for use with a 60 mm crankshaft and replaces makeshift compromises regarding the combustion chamber, alignment, and compression with a clearly defined cylinder head geometry.
PINASCO VRH for 60 mm stroke CNC-machined combustion chamber Compression ratio 11:1 Vespa PX200 / Rally 200
The current PINASCO 215 cylinder already runs very smoothly with a 57 mm stroke. If the engine is built with a 60 mm long-stroke crankshaft, the piston position, compression ratio, and compression edge change. Depending on the configuration, either a head gasket or a bottom gasket is used—or a cylinder head specifically designed for this purpose. The PINASCO VRH is intended precisely for this long-stroke application.

The cylinder head is designed for Vespa 200 engines with the PINASCO 215/225 cm³ long-stroke configuration. Typical base models include the Vespa PX200, P200E, PE, PX200 E Lusso, Arcobaleno, Elestart, PX200 MY, Millenium, and Rally 200. The decisive factor is not only the vehicle model, but also the installed PINASCO cylinder in combination with a 60 mm stroke.

The cylinder head is designed for PINASCO 215/225 cm³ long-stroke setups with a 60 mm crankshaft. For other cylinder designs, the combustion chamber, compression edge, and compression ratio must be checked separately.
The combustion chamber of the VRH cylinder head is CNC-milled. This ensures that the combustion chamber shape is reproducible and optimized for the long-stroke configuration. Centering via bushings positions the head precisely relative to the cylinder. This is particularly important when the engine is to be built with a defined compression edge and a clean combustion chamber alignment.
PINASCO specifies up to a 15% increase in power for the VRH cylinder head compared to stock heads. The overall engine design is always the decisive factor: the cylinder, stroke, squish edge, compression ratio, exhaust system, carburetor, and ignition timing must all be properly matched. The cylinder head provides the appropriate combustion chamber and centering base for the 60 mm long-stroke configuration.
The VRH cylinder head is the right choice if you want to build a PINASCO 215/225 cm³ engine with a 60 mm stroke in a technically sound manner. It is designed for riders who do not want to use a universal cylinder head solution but are looking for a cylinder head specifically designed for this long-stroke combination with defined combustion chamber geometry.
The PINASCO VRH cylinder head is the technically sound cylinder head solution for PINASCO 215/225 cm³ long-stroke engines based on the Vespa PX200 and Rally 200. A CNC-machined combustion chamber, centering sleeves, long threads, and an 11:1 compression ratio make it the ideal choice when building the PINASCO cylinder with a 60 mm stroke.
