Pinasco 75cc cylinder for Vespa PK50 Automatic
Cylinder -PINASCO 75cc Sport- for the Vespa PK50 Automatic. Pinasco is the only manufacturer to offer a cylinder for the PK/XL Automatic. Thanks to the 47 mm bore, 75 cc displacement is available here. This increase in displacement in conjunction with a beautiful port layout ensures considerably improved traction and even riding in pairs is mastered. The power output of the cylinder is almost 3.8 kW and speeds of up to 70 km/h take the sting out of longer journeys. The pre-ignition value should be set to 18°. The cylinder and piston kit are included in the scope of delivery. The original cylinder head can be retained, the piston supplied is modified accordingly (spark plug NGK B9ES Art. No. 3300009).
Pinasco also recommends adjusting the inner sealing edge to the bore diameter of the new cylinder (Ø 47 mm). According to Pinasco, the main jet should be four sizes larger (original usually 74, i.e. a 78 with M6 thread)
Attention: Pinasco does not supply a foot gasket or exhaust gasket! Please order these separately (see accessories or spare parts). Replace the existing spark plug with an NGK B9ES or Bosch W2CC.
