Polini 172 cc cylinder kit for Minarelli LC 125-150
The 170 cc cylinder is made from a special cast alloy and is therefore even more wear-resistant and durable than the standard cylinder. As is typical for Polini, the workmanship is of a very high standard.
The substantial increase in displacement results in a significant increase in power and torque and therefore a clear improvement in riding values. The compression ratio has been increased to 11.2:1 and thus contributes significantly to achieving sporty riding values. Polini states that the increase in performance compared to the 125cc Majesty is approx. 60%.
After high mileage or a defect, the cylinder bore can be ground out and the cylinder can then be restored to new condition using an oversize piston.
