Casa Performance Sledgehammer 333 - partially assembled motor
The Sledgehammer 333 from Casa Performance is a durable, low-maintenance long-distance touring engine with low revs. The concept aims to ensure optimum cooling and provide an engine that pulls cleanly from low revs. It is easy to ride, fuel efficient and yet fast enough to guarantee huge riding pleasure.
This version is the most affordable way to enter the world of 333cc engines. Ideal for experienced mechanics who want to switch from a tuned Lambretta engine to a SledgeHammer. The complex work such as inserting the crankshaft, assembling the vertically split engine housing and building up the cylinder unit is carried out by the professionals at the Rimini Lambretta Center.

Compatible components (your choice):
- Ignition: Electronic ignition (some flywheels require machining of the cooling fin; preferred: Ducati Casatronic X901 2.2 kg standard CDI, fits without modification)
- Transmission: 4-speed Lambretta (works well), preferred: Cyclone Pro 5-speed
- Clutch: High quality 6-8 plate clutch
- Front sprocket assembly: Any, preferred: Casa Performance
- Chain and chain tensioner: Preferred: X44 OTT tensioner
- Transmission end plate, bearings and shims: Preferred: Casa Performance end plate
- Side case and kickstarter assembly: Preferred: CasaCover, but any model will fit
- Rear brake components, drive shaft and rear hub
Additional parts required to make the Sledgehammer ready to ride:
- Fuel tank: With cutout for the diaphragm carburetor position
- Carburetor: We recommend Dellorto PHBH 30mm
- Exhaust: Dedicated exhaust, e.g. X52SH
