LTH exhaust system "Midrange" for Vespa PV, V50

LTH is back! The cult system is back - the LTH Midrange now exclusively at Scooter Center. Early punch, wide band, greedy for speed at the top - without frame modifications and with a background noise suitable for everyday use. Plug and play on PV/V50, built for the road and ready for race day.

The mid-range delivers a noticeably earlier, harmonious power delivery and remains very rev-happy at the top end. The modified resonance geometry ensures high ground clearanceand clean lines - sporty all the way to racing.

With cylinders such as Quattrini M1L/M1B, Parmakit W-Force or Polini Evolution (diaphragm), very high performance values are realistic - as always, the overall concept and precise tuning decide the top end. Available painted or as a stainless steel version, including mounting parts and silencer; flange: 54 mm hole stitch (supplied).

Exclusively at Scooter Center No frame work High ground clearance ESC-compatible Tool compartment compatible RX-1 alias Flange 54 mm hole punch Painted or stainless steel
"Power entry on M1L at 6000 rpm, then wide band up to over 10000 rpm - this thing has addictive potential!"
- Gino, SC Crew

Performance characteristics and setups

Early, wide band thanks to increased pre-reso power
Strong power at the top - very rev-happy at the top end
Very high performance values can be achieved with powerful cylinders (e.g. Quattrini M1L/M1B, Parmakit W-Force, Polini Evolution with reed valve)
Recommended exhaust control angle: 180-190° for the mid-range
Everyday use: relaxed use - Racing use: stable

FAQ - Frequently asked questions about the LTH Midrange

On V50, V90, SS50, SS90, Primavera and ET3 generally no. More extensive modifications are required on PK models.
Yes, the Midrange can be ridden with the toolbox.
All classic tuning cylinders for standard smallframe engine cases, e.g. Polini 133/135, Malossi MHR, VMC ET6, ET7, Kappa, GS58/60S/R, CP58, Italkast GR-V 125/132 cc, Quattrini M1L, M1B etc.
With powerful cylinders such as Quattrini M1L, M1B, Parmakit W-Force, Polini Evolution (reed valve) and a coherent overall concept(timing, intake system, exhaust, transmission and peripherals), very high performance values can be achieved. The actual peak always depends on the setup.
Recommended for the mid-range: 180-190° exhaust. In practice, an outlet angle of ~188° has proven to work well (depending on the setup).
Sporty and voluminous, yet designed for everyday use. The actual volume depends on the cylinder, intake, silencer condition and tuning.
Installation on PK is possible, but requires extensive modifications to the frame. For plug and play, the Midrange is designed for PV/V50 and derivatives.
